These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website infosagatech.com and services provided by INFOSAGA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered under the laws of India, with GSTIN 36AAICI3791F1ZD, having its registered office at 4th Floor, Block-A, Aparna Astute, Flat No SyNo.75/A&76, H.No.8-1-299/103&104, Shaikpet, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500008.
We provide IT services including but not limited to website development, software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, IT consulting, and maintenance services. All services are subject to specific scope, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon at the time of purchase.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18% for IT services). The final payable amount including GST will be clearly displayed before checkout. Payment is accepted via UPI through our payment gateway. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.
Project timelines will be communicated after order confirmation and requirements gathering. Typical delivery timelines are: Micro services: 1-3 business days. Starter packages: 5-7 business days. Professional packages: 10-15 business days. Enterprise packages: 15-30 business days. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, content and assets as needed, and access credentials for relevant platforms. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed deliverables become the intellectual property of the client. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
