To request a refund, email care@infosagatech.com with your order ID and reason for refund. Our team will review the request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (UPI).
The following are non-refundable: Third-party license or domain registration fees paid on behalf of the client. Completed and accepted deliverables. Consulting hours already utilized. Micro services (under Rs. 1,000) once work has commenced.
